Convenient location near airport. New and clean rooms. Comfortable beds with great duvets. Friendly and polite staff. Efficient check-in process. Accepts credit card payments. Good breakfast for a hotel of its size. Quick and tasty room service club sandwich. Staff speaks good English.

Stayed over New Year's and the hotel was decorated nicely. the staff was friendly and they offered a complementary glass of champagne upon arrival. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.
The hotel did not meet my expectations. the room was not cleaned properly, and the bathroom had a strange smell.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient, near a shopping mall and transportation. Plus, the hotel facilities are great - the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is delicious too!

This hotel is ideally located near many shops with a range of options for dining. It's also convenient for transport, being near an intersection. Rooms are spotlessly clean with new furnishings and comfortable beds, while bathrooms are well-stocked and thoroughly cleaned daily. the staff are particularly hospitable, going out of their way to help guests enjoy their stay. Breakfast is quite decent with a selection of international dishes. the view from some rooms is truly breathtaking, particularly those with large windows and balcony offering panoramic city views.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had a good price for a standard room. The linens were soft and luxurious and the staff was very accommodating. The check-in process was efficient and they even accepted credit card payments. One of the best aspects was the room service club sandwich, which was quick and tasty.
My experience at the hotel was not great. The pillow in my room was too full and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the location was a bit far out and there were not many decent restaurants around. The water heater took a while to work and I had to run the water for 5-6 minutes before it slowly warmed up. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient city break.
